IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Specialist. As a key member of our support department, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to our colleagues.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional telephone and remote IT support services to internal stakeholders
- Respond promptly to support requests via the Helpdesk system
- Provide on-call coverage for critical operations outside regular working hours
- Collaborate in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to IT processes and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies. Relevant experience in a support or call centre environment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365, is essential. Your ability to think critically and resolve complex problems efficiently will be valuable assets in this position.
