Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We're seeking a skilled marketing automation professional to drive our programme of work across customer and partner channels. As a key member of our team, you'll create lifecycle journeys that reduce effort, deepen relationships, and achieve sales targets.

You'll deliver acquisition, engagement, and service campaigns and initiatives to drive sales or customer value outcomes. Our ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in a hands-on marketing automation role, preferably in financial services or travel. They will possess strong customer journey mapping and lifecycle management skills, project management skills, and commercial acumen.
