Site Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position on site, reporting to the Project Manager. The role involves executing project activities in a safe and controlled manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front and drive the company culture and vision to lead the industry through safety excellence.
  • Effectively manage resources to ensure achievement of production schedules and timelines.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements and obligations.
  • Provide effective leadership and supervision through 'on the ground' presence, direction, guidance and feedback to teams and individuals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to meet management and client requirements.
  • Maintain and adhere to the scheduling of project activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure all contractual and KPI reporting is provided to management and the client.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure project activities are completed safely, within budget, and in a timely manner.
  • Inspire and encourage others towards goal achievement and performance improvement.
Requirements

Candidates will be required to have experience in supervisory/management roles within the mining and/or civil industry. A Certificate IV or Diploma in Management is also preferred. Additionally, demonstrated understanding of mining and/or civil plant and equipment operations and maintenance is necessary.
