Site Quality Manager Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to ensure all work is completed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, adhering to strict quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the site installation team to guarantee that all work is executed safely and meets quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough site audits and inspections to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive site quality plan aligned with the contract and company policy, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Hold a university degree in QA/QC and possess relevant certification as per quality standards.
  • Obtain qualifications in welding inspection, such as AWS/ASNT certifications, CSWIP, or similar.
  • Prior experience in a senior/management-level position within the industry.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in welding processes, codes, standards, and best practices; IWE qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001.
  • Extensive experience in Hydro Power Plant construction projects or the oil and gas sector.
