Senior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join a well-established team on a large-scale project. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level and work on an iconic project.

Job Description

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of trade professionals and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
  • A trade background and relevant experience in a supervisory role
  • Previous experience working on large-scale projects, ideally in excess of $40M
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and motivate staff
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience, with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
