As a Senior Site Manager, you will be working on large commercial projects in central Brisbane. You will work closely with the Site Foreman to deliver the building to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage safe delivery and execution of the building with strict adherence to project objectives
  • Oversee site safety
  • Coordinate work and performance of multiple teams to achieve outcomes
  • Troubleshoot onsite issues
  • Complete progress reporting and regular reporting to the Project Manager
  • Contribute to development of construction programs and planned workload
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Foreman or equivalent role in Australia
  • Demonstrated experience in residential/commercial construction
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Able to lead from the front and work in a team environment
