Job Description:

As a strategic partner, this role will work closely with the HR team to manage Talent Acquisition for white-collar/professional roles. This includes coordinating recruitment processes, designing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies and campaigns, leading proactive talent search activities, and developing the TA calendar.


This role requires a strong understanding of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements and different employment contractual arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a natural ability to build trusted working relations, and previous experience leading direct reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Coordinate recruitment processes
  • Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategies and campaigns
  • Lead proactive talent search activities
  • Develop the TA calendar
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze recruitment statistics to identify trends
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
  • Develop talent pipelines and communicate regularly with talent pools
  • Research emerging talent acquisition trends in the employment market and transport/logistics industry
