Responsibilities:
Drive Full-Cycle Community NDIS Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, onboard top-tier talent.
Craft Strategic Sourcing: Attract Aged Care, Home Care, and National Office stars through key channels.
Partner with Senior Leaders: Advise and guide hiring managers across the senior care portfolio.
Assess Top-Tier Candidates: Evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit with precision.
Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent journey.
Optimise Recruitment Impact: Innovate and improve recruitment strategies for peak performance.
What You'll Bring To The Team
You will have experience in allied health recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic recruitment landscape.
Proficiency in using software.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
