Responsibilities
  • Drive Full-Cycle Community NDIS Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, onboard top-tier talent.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders: Advise and guide hiring managers across the NDIS portfolio.
  • Assess Top-Tier Candidates: Evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit with precision.
  • Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent journey.
  • Optimise Recruitment Impact: Innovate and improve recruitment strategies for peak performance.
What You\'ll Bring To The Team
  • You will have experience in allied health recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic recruitment landscape.
  • Proficiency in using software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
