**Motor Claims Coordinator Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Motor Claims Coordinator to join our team in Mt Waverley or Essendon Fields.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating assessment bookings, ensuring claims are correctly pathed for assessment, and providing administrative support including quote management.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure claims are correctly pathed for assessment.
- Assist with assessing and towing related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers and providers.
- Provide administrative support including quote management.
- Coordinate any post assessment and repair activities for the customer
- Work closely with towing provider partners to ensure SLAs are met.
- Identify key areas for improvement based on job experience.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred.
- Passion for customers and delivering exceptional service
- Ability to multi-task and have outstanding time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience to articulate complexity
- Ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance
- Knowledge of Claim Centre and MS Office Suite.
