Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms, developing and executing digital campaigns, and managing SEO, SEM, and analytics to boost our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, as well as strong skills in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website CMS.

You will also be proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email, website, and blogs.
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and analytics to boost our online presence.
  • Design and coordinate marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Suite, and other tools.
  • Maintain and update the company website and landing pages.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and update style guides.
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website CMS.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
