We are seeking a reliable full-time Production Team Lead to train other operators and contribute to our mission of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders for efficient operations
  • Support management team in achieving annual goals
  • Ensure accurate product filling, labeling, and sealing
  • Train production operators on safe task performance
  • Maintain quality control and detect issues
  • Support staff scheduling and performance reviews
  • Oversee department in supervisor's absence
  • Follow safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in cGMP facility
  • Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment
  • Completion of secondary school with graduation diploma (asset)
  • Previous supervisory experience (asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within stringent time constraints and motivate staff
