As a key member of the data governance and platform team, this Chief Data Strategy Officer will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable systems to integrate with key technologies, setting strategic direction for data architecture and integration, and ensuring data assets are structured, governed, and integrated for enterprise-wide scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Leverage technical skills to design and build scalable systems that meet business needs.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and integrity across hybrid environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, including design and implementation of scalable, secure, and governed data solutions.
  • Regulatory and scheme compliance expertise, including PCI DSS, APRA CPS 234, and APRA CPG 235.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
