Job Description:

The Chief Strategy Officer will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing leadership, direction, and high-quality day-to-day servicing to clients.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client businesses, identifying key factors and trends shaping their markets and categories.
  • Foster exceptional relationships with client-side leads and partner agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and execute channel planning strategies, including the creation of supporting documentation outlining ecosystem dynamics, channel selection, roles, phasing, block plans, and budget allocations.

This role is responsible for spearheading the overall marketing and communications strategy development process for clients, delivering key campaign insights, mentoring junior team members, analyzing campaign performance, and assisting with new business pitches as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead the team, overseeing workloads of Managers, Planning Executives, and Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with the Client Partner to identify opportunities for existing business growth and organic expansion across accounts, leveraging Zenith's services and those of Publicis Groupe.
