We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Receptionist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.">
  • Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming patients warmly and professionally, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering calls and responding promptly to inquiries, processing payments and keeping accurate financial records, and assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.">
  • Experience in dental reception or administration is required, with customer service or hospitality experience preferred.">
  • Hours of operation: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, every 2nd Friday 8am - 2pm (with potential to expand to every Friday).">
