Network and Cybersecurity Professional

This role encompasses the provision of technical expertise and support for network and cybersecurity-related products and solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring and managing equipment, commissioning new sites, and collaborating with teams to develop and maintain technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Configuration: Configure Cisco, FortiGate, and Meraki equipment to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Site Commissioning: Commission new sites, including setting up network infrastructure and ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical problems with the Service Desk to minimize downtime and optimize network functionality.
  • Network Programming: Perform ad-hoc network programming or software upgrades as required to maintain network efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve problems and ensure effective communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation on design, implementation, and reporting to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of network and cybersecurity experience, with a strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with Firewalls, Routing & Switching, NGFW, IPSec, SSL/TLS, NAT, IDS/IPS.
  • Design Artefacts: Hands-on experience in formulating network design artefacts to ensure effective network planning.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Understanding of SD-WAN and SASE technologies and solutions, as well as supporting cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS.

Qualifications
