Senior Cybersecurity Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ICT risk management frameworks and controls, conducting gap assessments against regulatory requirements, and developing remediation plans.
You will lead or support resilience testing, incident response planning, and recovery strategies (BCP/DR), develop and implement third-party risk governance aligned with regulatory requirements, coordinate with compliance, legal, IT security, and vendor management teams, and deliver training sessions, stakeholder workshops, and compliance reporting.
You will utilize GRC tools to manage risk registers, controls mapping, and compliance metrics, liaise with EU regulators and internal audit teams, and ensure the organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of ICT risk frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, operational resilience, or business continuity
- Familiarity with European regulatory bodies (EBA, ESMA, EIOPA)
- Proficiency in GRC platforms and risk management tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
