Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Specialist

Job Description

The Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Specialist will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our research and education community against malicious actors on the Internet within the Security Services division.

This position collaborates closely with data scientists, SOC Engineers, and SOC analysts to design and deliver actionable threat intelligence solutions, including building dashboards, performing data enrichment, and mining large volumes of Internet traffic and customer log data to identify, analyse, and respond to emerging cyber threats.

Responsibilities include developing threat analysis and hunting insights, creating novel data-driven solutions, and sharing insights that reinforce the defensive capabilities of both our SOC and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Develop and maintain advanced threat intelligence capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable threat intelligence solutions
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to support cybersecurity efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and share insights to inform defensive strategies
