Personal Care Support Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide personal care support to our clients who require additional assistance. As a personal carer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support in various capacities and timeframes.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, and feeding
  • Utilizing hoist equipment to ensure client safety
  • Managing manual handling procedures to transfer clients between beds and commodes
  • Providing social support and companionship to enhance the client's overall well-being
To Be Successful In Your Application You Must Meet The Following Criteria:
  • Previous experience working with clients with complex needs
  • Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar qualification
  • Availability during weekdays, afternoons, and evenings, as well as weekends
  • Recommendation of COVID-19 vaccination but not mandatory
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation
