Logistics Systems Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business excellence and efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing lean programs, managing site data management systems, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve process efficiency and reduce waste
  • Managing data management systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Implementing operations ways of working to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver training and coaching on key standards and best practices
  • Coaching and influencing stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

Additionally, this role requires:

  • A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Commerce, Project Management, or a related field
  • Outstanding ability to influence behavior and continuous improvement programs
  • Proven experience in the supply chain industry, including project management or process improvement
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude
