Program Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive programs from initiation to closure, leveraging formal project management methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Manage financial operations, including procurement, expenditure tracking, and budget forecasting, to optimize program performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely project completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Evaluate program outcomes, implementing best practices and recommending process improvements to enhance overall program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, operations, or project management.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
  • PgMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
