Senior Scheduler

Overview

This role is pivotal in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring efficient timelines and deliverables. The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for optimizing project schedules and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in project planning and execution, optimizing project schedules and facilitating stakeholder communication.
  • Assist Project Directors and Program Managers in monitoring projects, loading, and generating reports.
  • Optimize project schedules, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage project planning and scheduling systems, work processes, and reports to support total program work.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Planning or Scheduling.
  • At least 3 years related industry experience.
  • Extensive Primavera P3/P6 experience.
  • Mastery of new software systems, especially in Project Management.
  • Portfolio management experience desirable.
  • Proficient in key areas of scheduling.
  • SAP experience beneficial.
  • Industry best practice knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills.
  • A flexible dynamic team environment.
  • The ability to travel if required.
  • Time and resource management expertise.
