**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives that align with our mission and values.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a range of projects, including the continued development of our Outcomes Framework.

This role involves managing project documentation, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring evidence-based practice.

  • Undertaking and managing strategic projects that contribute to organisational growth and improvement
  • Sharing lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Supporting internal stakeholders in understanding their roles in projects
  • Drafting quality position papers, proposals, and policy documentation based on strong evidence
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management, administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and operational support for complex, strategic projects in the social sector
  • Experience in organisational growth and/or services for vulnerable children, young people, and families
  • Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and teams
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyse data and information
  • Strong decision-making skills with a values-driven, proactive approach
  • Knowledge of the social sector's context and challenges
  • Commitment to Child Safe Standards, inclusion and diversity, and elevating children's voices in service design and evaluation

This part-time role (0.8 FTE / 30.4 hours per week) offers SCHADS Schedule B and Level – Level 5.1 - $51 per hour, EAP Service with Wellness resources, and Salary Packaging of up to $15,900.
