Project Manager Opportunity

A challenging project management role awaits a skilled and results-driven professional who can lead and deliver projects to time, budget, and quality standards.

  • We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Rivervale, Western Australia. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with established governance frameworks and achieving desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to the established Project Management Governance Framework.
  • To cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and delivery partners, ensuring effective collaboration, accountability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary to maintain project momentum and compliance.
  • To ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, aged care standards, and relevant legislation, maintaining up-to-date documentation in approved systems and promoting a culture of safety and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with established governance frameworks and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders with competing needs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, while proactively identifying issues, analysing root causes, and implementing practical solutions.
  • Familiarity with project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Power BI, coupled with an understanding of aged care sector requirements and alignment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and risk management practices.
