Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveDrive growth and profitability in Western Australia by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining market knowledge, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and implementing performance improvement plans.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have middle management experience in commercial operations, strategy, or business development, with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. A tertiary qualification in business or a related field is highly desirable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy:
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our portfolio.
  • Market Knowledge:
    • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and competitor insights to inform business decisions.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Buid and manage strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business results.
  • CAR Park Growth:
    • Drive new car park growth and maintain client relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor site performance and implement improvement plans to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Review:
    • Review business processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency, control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Planning:
    • Support the GM with business planning and operational oversight to ensure strategic alignment and success.
  • Reporting:
    • Monitor performance data, investigate variances, and develop action plans to drive business improvement.
  • Communication:
    • Deliver timely reports on performance, market trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
