  • Oversee safe transport preparation and compliance with all safety regulations.">
  • Manage asset documentation, stocktakes, and administration of asset management systems.">
  • Identify, coordinate, and carry out repairs, retrofits, and quality checks.">
  • Plan and allocate resources to meet business deliverables efficiently.">
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.">
  • Support customer satisfaction through accurate, timely, and cost-effective service delivery.">

About You

  • ">
  • A current Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence is essential.">
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams.">
  • Experience in the lean manufacturing industry.">
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate staff.">
  • Practical skills with hand tools and ability to perform maintenance tasks.">
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel).">
  • Preferred experience in modular building, construction, or resource industries.">
