Health Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Health Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
About the Role- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures aimed at reducing risk and managing hazards within the workplace.
- Coordinate training sessions to educate staff on their responsibilities and promote compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Review policies and procedures to ensure they meet current health and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Manage our safety culture platform.
- A relevant qualification in health and safety is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with safety management systems.
