Talent Acquisition Leader

Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic work environment where you can utilize your skills to drive business growth? This could be the role for you. As Talent Acquisition Leader, you will partner with key stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes across various business portfolios.

This is a large and complex organisation with over 4000 staff across Australia. You will need strong communication skills and an ability to think strategically while delivering tangible outcomes.

In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters to develop and guide them while also ensuring the smooth operation of all things recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the Talent Acquisition function to build customer-focused, tech-enabled, and efficient processes that align with business needs.
  2. Manage stakeholder relationships, including maintaining a working relationship with senior leaders.
  3. Conduct end-to-end recruitment for a broad portfolio of businesses.
  4. Provide regular analysis and data on recruitment and onboarding activities to executive members.
  5. Lead a team of recruiters to deliver on the strategy for recruitment campaigns.
  6. Continuously improve the hiring process by finding innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency in the assessment process.

  2. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and coach a recruitment team.
