About this Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated leader to oversee Property Management operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading dynamic teams and driving growth, with a strong focus on mentoring, coaching and training staff members across residential, commercial and business development portfolios.

Key responsibilities include providing guidance and support to team members, driving portfolio growth and revenue, meeting KPI targets and ensuring compliance and process improvement.

Able to handle client matters professionally and resolve issues effectively, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Regular travel to regional offices required, with weekly online check-ins.
