- Provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 Partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient use of resources.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external events, including conferences, meetings, and other business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with stakeholder communications and relationship management, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Support with general office administration and team coordination, ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.
- Help manage competing priorities and deadlines with professionalism and calm, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a Team Assistant or EA-style role, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and data entry.
