About the Role

This junior role is ideal for someone with basic skills and a strong motivation to learn. With 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer success management, including regular check-ins, training, and addressing blockers to adoption.
  • Driving customer advocacy and feedback, providing actionable insights to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs.
  • Managing account retention and expansion, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and limiting risk of churn.
