Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Career Development Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students by assisting with general enquiries regarding assessments, attendances, and course information.

You will interact with students and clients in a friendly and professional manner, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

Your primary focus will be on recording keeping, data entry, filing, photocopying, and updating student information in the database. You will also be involved in other ad-hoc administration duties to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient English communication skills in both written and verbal.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skill, and organisational skill.
  • Thai language speakers are preferred, as applicants will be interacting with clients from the Thai market.
