About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communicator with a flair for writing and presenting complex information clearly. Working closely with technical teams, you will coordinate and deliver compelling tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements
  • Maintain and update submission templates, CVs, and project profiles
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and present project information in a compelling way
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, professional, and compliant with requirements
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with proposal or document management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in submissions or proposals (professional services experience preferred)
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
