Regional Clinical Director Position Overview

  • Job Description:

    This position involves a maternity leave cover to commence from November 2025 for 12 months. As Regional Clinical Director, you will be at the forefront of clinical excellence.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
    1. Provide clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple clinics.
    2. Collaborate closely with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships.
    3. Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
    4. Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
    5. Partner with operational leaders to drive clinical performance and client satisfaction.
    6. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
    7. Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.
  • About You:
    • You must have a degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
    • Memberships in an area of Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
    • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting is essential.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
    • A passion for mentoring and empowering others is necessary.
    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence is vital.
    • Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed is also required.
