Job Title

A Regional Clinical Director is required for a 12-month maternity leave cover position in Perth, Western Australia. This leadership role will oversee multiple clinics, providing clinical guidance and mentorship to veterinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Australia. Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting is essential, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for mentoring and empowering others is also vital.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with in-clinic teams, assessing needs and supporting development. The successful candidate will champion best practices, upholding the highest standards of veterinary care, while driving clinical performance and client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements:
  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Australia.
  • Memberships in an area of Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
