Job Title: Head of Technology Commercial and Projects

Viva Energy Australia is seeking a seasoned technology leader to take charge of our commercial technology operations and strategic project delivery.

This is a senior leadership role with broad accountability across project execution, commercial management, governance, and people strategy. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure technology investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver tangible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide technology projects aligned to business goals.
  • Make high-impact decisions on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and vendor selection.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and commercial practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in technology leadership, project delivery, and commercial management.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong experience managing vendor contracts, license agreements, and procurement.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and change management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including executive-level influence.
