A Day in the Life

  • Join our Clinical Research Team as a graduate with a degree in Nursing, Biomedical, or Health Science.
  • Develop a breadth of experience across the healthcare continuum, working alongside professionals who provide best-in-class training and mentorship at an individual and team level.
  • Gain insight into various parts of the product life cycle and see firsthand the impact you can make using advanced technologies.
  • Support the administrative and clinical trial execution needs of studies, making a tangible difference in the future medical needs of patients.
  • Navigate challenging scenarios, develop leadership and resilience skills, and cultivate an eye for detail that will enable you to excel in this and future roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the execution of clinical trials programs.
  • Perform and support research for teams operating within the clinical research team.
  • Assist with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
  • Offer analysis, reporting, and internal communication services to team members.
  • Develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
  • Experience clinical trials processes and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, or Health Sciences with a passion for medical devices.
  • Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaborative approach and ability to work across different teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new concepts with a growth mindset.
