Our organization is seeking an organized and dedicated Rostering Officer to support the operations of our facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing base rosters, reallocating shifts, communicating updates, and ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting.

  • Manage base rosters within our Payroll system as well as ongoing, long-term and short-term rosters.
  • Reallocate shifts, manage planned and unplanned leave, and exceptions.
  • Communicate updates and inform staff of shift allocations and replacements.
  • Ensure staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off.
  • Coordinate, manage, and resolve enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues.

The ideal candidate will have effective verbal and written communication skills, great time-management skills, and an ability to prioritize their workload. Previous experience with a scheduling or rostering role is essential, along with intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience using Kronos Payroll system.
