Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and maintain high service standards in line with our 4.5-star hotel rating
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager and Conference and Events Team to achieve business objectives
  • Train and develop team members on product knowledge and service excellence
  • Liaise with the kitchen to ensure menu quality and guest satisfaction
  • Effectively handle guest and team feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Work a rotating roster across weekdays, nights, and weekends, including public holidays
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in leading team members and managing fast-paced environments
  • Strong restaurant and bar service experience, with a preference for cocktail mixology
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic hotel environment
