Job Opportunity: Medical Receptionists in our Caboolture and North Lakes clinics

At I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time.

Our clinics in Caboolture and North Lakes are currently seekingMedical Receptioniststo join the team.

We're offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, with rotating rostered hours, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Working between our Caboolture Hospital, Specialist Centre, Medical Hub, and North Lakes clinics. Optional weekend work is available once training is completed.

Reporting to the Office Supervisor,you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring, and friendly services to patients, referrers, and other customers.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our 8 AM to 5 PM business hours.

Key Qualifications:
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
