Business Process Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

This role offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of digital change and transformation.

An exciting challenge has arisen for an experienced Business Process Transformation Specialist to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of innovation in Melbourne.

You will be working closely with stakeholders to elicit business and system process steps while defining future state operating models and end-to-end processes.

  • Create detailed as-is and to-be business processes, system processes, and data flows to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify inefficiencies, inaccuracies, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement within existing processes, raising change requests or updating process artefacts as needed.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed changes.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience from similar roles where they have successfully navigated complex enterprise environments.

They will possess deep familiarity with finance or HR systems alongside advanced skills in BPMN-based modelling tools.

  • Deep understanding of finance, payroll or human capital management functions with hands-on experience in HR or finance/payroll systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or ADP.
  • Track record of facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed changes.
