We are currently seeking to employ skilled culinary professionals for our clients. This is a full-time opportunity that comes with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the preparation and quality of food meet the highest standards
  • Manage stock levels effectively, adhering to company procedures and recipe guidelines
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene standards within the kitchen environment
  • Ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized throughout service hours and afterwards
  • Collaborate with the head chef to optimize cost control measures
  • Work efficiently and harmoniously with the team

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in commercial cooking and à la carte preparation (lunch and dinner)
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food experiences
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices
  • The capacity to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork ethos
