About this role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in West Leederville, Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small corporate environment with varied responsibilities including:

  • Representing the business to internal and external clients
  • Managing daily administrative activities
  • Maintaining stock levels for office equipment
  • Coordinating facilities requirements
  • Providing switchboard relief as needed
  • Other duties associated with the seamless operation of our busy office

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday 8am-1pm with opportunities for additional hours to cover leave and special events.

Your background:

You will have previous experience in a similar corporate role where you can demonstrate efficiencies across a range of office coordination functions.

Your experience working in a corporate legal, financial, insurance or similar environment will enable you to hit the ground running, work at a fast pace, yet maintain high standards and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights
  • Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
