About the Opportunity

This role offers a unique blend of office administration and regional support, making it an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional client-centric service to all stakeholders, including clients, employees, and suppliers. They will elevate the office environment, meeting the needs of clients and staff, and coordinating high-quality events that leave a lasting impression.

  • Implementing effective local office operations through Urbis procedures and systems.
  • Partnering with the Office Services Manager and Senior Team Administrators to support day-to-day office requirements.
  • Delivering a nationally consistent and exceptional front-of-house experience, meeting and greeting staff and visitors.
  • Managing site access compliance, meeting room bookings, and event coordination.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Director and Brand & Clients team to deliver outstanding client events.
  • Maintaining stock levels of office supplies and ensuring facilities are well-kept.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support, including travel bookings, diary coordination, and expense reconciliation.
  • Assisting with IT tasks, mail coordination, new employee onboarding, and support team meetings and marketing activities.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • High School Completion Certificate - Senior Certificate.
  • Prior experience in airline, hospitality, hotelier concierge, corporate office, or co-working space.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • RSA / Food Safety Training highly recommended.
  • Certificate(s) in Hospitality.
