**Job Opportunity for a Skilled Paint Finisher**

Are you a skilled and experienced paint finisher looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Spray Painter.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and has a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Colour mixing and matching vehicles in preparation for painting
  • Building and maintaining a colour library
  • Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to meet job sheet requirements
  • Buffing and denibbing vehicles
  • Handling all vehicles with care and attention
  • Notating any extra paint work required beyond what was quoted
  • Reporting old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager
  • Cleaning work bays and workshop areas
  • Coaching apprentices when required

Requirements:

We are looking for a trade-qualified Spray Painter with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.
