Artisan Paint Specialist

About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Artisan Paint Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our workshop, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality paint finishes to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong trade background in painting, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and match colours to achieve precise paint finishes
• Apply paint to vehicles using industry-standard processes
• Buff and denib surfaces to achieve a showroom finish
• Handle all vehicles with care, reporting any damage or poor repairs to production managers
• Clean work bays and workshops, and coach apprentices when required

Requirements:

• Trade-qualified Painter with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Strong commitment to working safely and adhering to industry standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Reliability, punctuality, and a hardworking attitude are essential
