Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's.
Key Responsibilities- Shift Running: Oversee the daily operations of our stores, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Cash Control: Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experience through effective conflict resolution and service recovery strategies.
- Staff Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth.
- Rostering and Scheduling: Assist in creating efficient rosters and schedules that meet business needs while considering staff availability and preferences.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with colleagues to manage stock levels, ordering, and stock-takes, ensuring optimal inventory control.
- Food Safety: Support the Food Safety Supervisor in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and training programs.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Participate in recruitment efforts, developing talent pipelines, and providing coaching and training to store teams.
- Store Operations: Contribute to close-of-shift paperwork, reviewing sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Safety and Security: Promote a culture of safety and security within the stores, monitoring risks and implementing preventive measures.
- Previous Experience: Proven track record in managing store operations, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Labor Relations and Compliance: Strong understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements (if applicable), and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Effective problem-solving and adaptability skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
