Senior Infrastructure Manager

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our Highways Team in Sydney. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers, scientists, designers, and drafters in delivering projects across a diverse range of transport projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement.
  • Successfully govern and deliver programs of projects, ensuring they are adequately resourced, delivered on time and on budget, and meet client satisfaction.
  • Drive technical excellence and exceptional project delivery, representing the company at technical practice networks.
  • Support winning work aligned with our ANZ strategy.
  • Contribute to developing the regional business plan for the business line and supporting the implementation of ANZ strategy and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to set and communicate clear actions with associated proposed outcomes and timeframes.
  • Strong client focus, a desire to win and deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Hold yourself and others to the highest level of accountability, adhering to process guidelines, work practices, and standards.
  • Consistent, clear, frequent, and credible communication.
  • Ability to build high-performance teams, expanding capability and capacity.
