Job Title: Senior Municipal Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Municipal Infrastructure Manager to join our client, EBR, as a senior team member. The successful candidate will have a strong background in statutory planning, approvals, and strategic planning in NSW, with a proven track record of delivering private sector approvals and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals, providing technical guidance and mentoring
  • Deliver private sector approvals with a diverse range of scales across various markets
  • Engage with clients to support master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes
  • Utilize a strong appreciation of the role of infrastructure in land use planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Prepare reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards
  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
  • Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong communicator and natural collaborator
  • Desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Current driver's license
