Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC - from job scoping to offer acceptance.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Stay updated on talent trends and advise on market intelligence.
  • Represent the company at local career fairs, networking events, and industry expos.

Requirements

  • Are fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Have 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast-paced international or tech environments.
  • Enjoy working in a growing business with ambitious goals.
  • Are ready to travel across the region as needed to support recruitment activities and regional expansion.
